Take rest drink plenty of water keep yourself hydrated add some soup to your diet or some sweet lime juice it will help your immunity to fight back and try to take medicine on same timing and for weakness you can take A to Z syrup thrice a day after meals

Fluids: water/ORS, warm fluids, and regular meals.Paracetamol 500–650 mg can be taken every 6–8 hours if fever/headache is troublesome, keeping total paracetamol ≤3,000 mg/day unless a clinician advises otherwise.
For cold symptoms: saline nasal drops/steam and warm fluids may help.

CBC/CRP or specific tests such as dengue/malaria testing may be considered depending on the presence and duration of fever, examination findings, travel/exposure history and local prevalence.
Please maintain adequate hydration, take sufficient rest and monitor your temperature. Paracetamol may be taken if fever, headache or body ache is present, as per the recommended dose. Warm fluids and saline nasal drops may provide symptomatic relief for cold symptoms.
