Laziness with mild fever
Having cold and lazy feel since Tuesday
Took paracetamol one day only.
Sleep is not proper due to all this which inturn makes feel tired and headache.

Take rest drink plenty of water keep yourself hydrated add some soup to your diet or some sweet lime juice it will help your immunity to fight back and try to take medicine on same timing and for weakness you can take A to Z syrup thrice a day after meals

Since it was from last tuesday,take paracetamol 500 6th hrly and for good sleep take 1 T.cetrizine at night after ur meal

Rest and adequate sleep; avoid strenuous activity for a few days.
Fluids: water/ORS, warm fluids, and regular meals.Paracetamol 500–650 mg can be taken every 6–8 hours if fever/headache is troublesome, keeping total paracetamol ≤3,000 mg/day unless a clinician advises otherwise.
For cold symptoms: saline nasal drops/steam and warm fluids may help.
No antibiotic is indicated based on these symptoms alone.
check and record the actual temperature rather than relying only on feeling feverish.

PLENTY OF WATER N LIQUID IN NORMAL TEMPERATURE.
STEAM INHALATION WITH VICKS OR EUCALYPTUS OIL TWO TIMES BEFORE MEALS.
STOP PARACETAMOL
AZEE500 ONE PER DAY AFTER FOOD FOR 3TO5 DAYS.
MONTEK LC ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 3TO5 DAYS.
ZERODOL SP THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR 3TO5 DAYS OR SOS.

1 tablet orally every 6–8 hours SOS for fever/headache/body ache.
Cetirizine 10 mg tablet 0-0-1
for 3 days, especially if sneezing/runny nose.
Take this medicine for 3 days, after that' fever may persistent, Do not continue paracetamol.
go to the hospital & admitted.

The symptoms described may be suggestive of an acute viral upper respiratory tract infection. However, a clinical examination is recommended for proper assessment and to rule out other causes.
At present, routine investigations may not be necessary if symptoms are mild and there is no persistent fever or other concerning feature. CBC/CRP or specific tests such as dengue/malaria testing may be considered depending on the presence and duration of fever, examination findings, travel/exposure history and local prevalence.
Please maintain adequate hydration, take sufficient rest and monitor your temperature. Paracetamol may be taken if fever, headache or body ache is present, as per the recommended dose. Warm fluids and saline nasal drops may provide symptomatic relief for cold symptoms.

Persistent fever with marked fatigue needs an examination rather than repeated paracetamol alone.
Please check your temperature, hydrate well and rest; tests such as CBC/urine or viral testing may be needed based on duration and symptoms.
Seek urgent care for breathlessness, confusion, severe weakness, persistent vomiting or high fever.

Your cold running close to a week, with poor sleep on top, explains the tiredness and headache you're feeling.
