I gained around 25-30 kg over the last 6-7 years. Ever since COVID I lost interest at work and got fired from 2 companies. My family got me married to a person that I have nothing in common with. Hello I can only feel how distressing it would be for you to persist with these issues. You seem to have depression but if it's persisting from such a long time it needs detailed evaluation to rule out other issues which are contributing to this. Kindly consult for detailed evaluation so that a proper treatment plan is decided for you.
