Avoid milk and milk tea as much as possible. You can switch toBlack tea / green tea,Lactose-free milk,Soy milk or almond milk.If you accidentally take milk You can take a lactase enzyme tablet  just before or soon after consuming dairy. This helps digest lactose.for other symptoms like bloating , gas and you need proper guidance for it please consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.

This is typical lactose intolerance. Milk tea triggers gas, bloating and that uneasy/anxious feeling — nothing serious, just poor lactose digestion.
Next Steps
Try to avoid regular milk. Switch to black tea / lactose-free / almond / soy milk. If you accidentally take milk, use a lactase tablet just before or right after. For bloating: simethicone + probiotic for a few days helps.
Health Tips
I know it feels uncomfortable when this happens — it’s manageable once we control triggers. If symptoms keep coming back or anxiety is bothering you, book a consult with me — I’ll help you set a proper plan.
