Lack of concentration to study

I would never study for more than half an hour. I would distract thinking some other thing. This leads to even more stress and with less I cannot complete what I had to.

Relaxation techniques like meditation may help to improve your concentration ability. You have not mentioned clearly that what you starts thinking while reading? if you thinks same thought again and and unable to control it than it may be obsessive compulsive disorder for which you need to consult a psychiatrist.
