L5-S1 diffusive bulge

Dear Doctor, I am a 37 years old Software Engineer. I have L5-S1 diffusive bulge from 2 years. I stay pain free for couple of months but then Pain comes back again for 5 days to a week. Except for walking I don't do any other exercises. Please suggest some exercises to strengthen my back. I still have hope for a long life ahead and trying to muster confidence to live the life. I know this is not a life threatening problem,but it's taking away important time of my life causing stress n depression

Physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercises and strength exercises must. Spine extension. Bridging exercises.... Supine lying position on the bed and bend your both knees then lift your back hold 10 second then relax repeat 10 to 15 time.

Walking is to be avoided... Take physiotherapy treatment and learn proper back strengthening exercises..
