IMPRESSION: MR imaging features are consistent with: o Partial loss of lumbar lordosis with appearant straightening of spine. L4-5 disk show partial degenerative disk desiccation. o o L4-5 1level shows broad based posterocentral and left paracentral disc protrusion and causing mild compression of the thecal sac & mild compression of left exiting nerve roots. o Posterior peripheral annular tear at L4-5 disk.
