Knee patella pain .

Patella pain after doing deep squats. And there is no pain while walking or running. But when I sit on chair and while getting up from chair then I experience a lite pain and that is patella pain on my left leg only.

It appears to be patellofemoral pain syndrome. It might be due to a weak core and hip, which needs to be addressed.

You need evaluation of tracking of patella to see it is moving when your knee is bending , and posture evaluation of entire lower limb to identify the stressor responsible for pain.

Hi, make sure you don't overdo the exercises. Before starting exercises make sure you do stretches. Especially if you are feeling pain on one leg , please check with your trainer regarding your exercises. Do apply ice packs and rest. Meet your physiotherapist if pain still exists. Take care.
