Hai.Excess weight puts extra pressure on your knees. The pressure exerted increases even more while playing. Best thing to do is knee strengthening exercises. And then concentrate on weight reduction.
- sit with your knees and hip in 90 degree and then lift your knees slowly. Hold this position for 10seconds. Repeat for 10times twice daily.
-lye on your back , keep a rolled towel below your knee and then try to press the towel gently. This shouldn't cause any movement on your hips. Hold for 10 sec repeat for 10times twice daily.
- keep the towel below the ankle and repeat the same.
- lye on your back and then lift your leg without bending your knees. Single leg at a time. Hold for 10 sec.repeat 10times twice daily.
