I have knee pain in left leg from past 1 year ... sometimes it comes and persists some days in a month. Now from yesterday I have severe pain while streching my legs and I can hear some cranching sound while folding my leg ... Is there any concern!? Please suggest me doctors

Crackling sound is normal , pain needs to diagnosed if it's radicular pain or localized pain,
