Hello Have you done xray or MRI to the knee? What's your weight? Do you have any injuries in the past related to the knee..? Have you done the strengthening exercises in the past ? Pain in the calf and foot at night....are you diabetic? Diabetic neuropathy could cause numbness in ypur feet. Also have you had any prolonged bedrest, problems breathing etc. It is hard to travel during lockdown, but if you have had travel then check for deep vein thrombosis!!!
