Tightness in both your knees on activities/ play , difficulty in bending can be directly correlated with abnormality in your lateral meniscus ( it is discoid ).. Also your left knee can be unstable or u may have Subtle instability unknowingly , coz as per report your ACL ligament is thined out or is torn.. You need a proper clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment.. MRI scan can guide us on treatment only after a thorough clinical examination!
