Dear sir I have knee pain 2 years please suggest me to medicine. Now pain are higher in last few weeks. Last Saturday more pain

Get done complete examination of ur knee joint. If u have swelling then use ice and start doing Knee isometrics

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Please search for the cause of pain. Try avoiding movements in which you are feeling pain ie. Squatting, cross leg sitting, stair climbing and descending, running.
