Ideal is TKR. BUT IF patient has comorbidities or not willing for surgery. Physiothery, Quadriceps strengthening exercises. Hot water fomenation, analgesic gel, milder oral analgesics under orthopaedician care, may give some intra articular injections, avoid cross leg sitting, avoid squatting.
