I just got an mri this morning because several doctors told me that i tore my acl. the results came back and it turns out that i have cracks all over the cartilage underneath my kneecap. i’m not sure what that means or treatment for it.

Hi. Don't worry this may be just bony edema which will heal by itself. Acl tear, however will need some treatment at a later date
