You will need to do stretching carefully after hot pack application to the back of the knee.
Next Steps
Follow up with quadriceps strengthening exercises using mild resistance with the help of therabands starting with red band and proceed till green band.
Health Tips
Doing the exercises with a physiotherapist's supervision and guidance is advisable.

Try doing terminal extension exercises with a pillow under heel and then press your knee downwards. This should be done 10 times in an hour for 15-18 hours a day. You can also try theraband exercises. The maximum you get after that is what you will get, inspite of trying everything.
Health Tips
All the best.

Hi. Do you need hyperextension in your knee. As after acl reconstruction if you have neutral extension then it's fine. As the graft placed is sometimes more thicker and stronger than the original acl Ligament. So to get that pliability may be a little difficult.
