Knee ACL tear

Sir/Madam       I have knee ACL tear,since 2month I can't believe,how it was happened,there was no fall,twist,jump and there is no reason.I was very disappointed.Any other reason will be there?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a  pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Dear, Only 1/3 patient with ACL tear require surgery whereas 2/3 patient leads normal life without surgery. If you have no symptoms of tear such as instability, pain , swelling etc. Do not worry, do your routine work.
