Kind of headache

2026-07-28 03:22:56
I have been experiencing a recurring headache, and I've noticed a very specific pattern. Whenever I go to college, I almost always develop this headache on the same day. My college is about 16–17 km from my home, and I travel by bike both ways. I also spend some time walking around the market area on those days. The headache usually starts while I'm riding my bike back home from college, and by the time I reach home, it becomes significantly worse. Interestingly, if I don't go to college for 10–15 days, I don't experience this headache at all. But the very next day I attend college again, it comes back. The pain is not in my forehead. It is mainly located around my eyebrows and just above my eyes. Sometimes the pain becomes quite severe. I do not have fever, nausea, or vomiting with it. I'm not sure what is causing it. I wonder if it could be related to traveling by bike, wind exposure while riding, sunlight, eye strain, dehydration, weakness, or fatigue, but I honestly don't know.

All the causes that you have mentioned can cause your symptoms. Try to avoid them. For example dehydration.... Continue to take sips of water inbetween and make sure you are adequately hydrated. In the same way manage rest of the causes as well.

1)Wear mask while riding bike and travelling as it could be due ti pollution and drying up of sinuses. 2)It could also be due to eye strain. Get yourself evaluated by an ophthalmologist for vision. 3)Stay hydrated with daily water intake of 3 litres. 4)Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.  Wear Polaroid sunglasses or a helmet with Polaroid glasses because headache could also be triggered by viewing direct  sunlight.

If you are facing headache then you can take T.Paracef(650) - 1tab SOS But this problem is related to a particular thing which is going outside and riding in bike for a certain long period. First you go for an eye check up done then if possible try to use sunglasses in the scorching sunlight. If you are having your meal just before you are going outside that may also cause a gastric problem. So you can take T.Pantop(40)-1tab ODAC on those days you are going outside. Drink plenty of water all throughout the day. If you are wearing helmet during ride please check if it's too heavy or not.If it's heavy try to use a lighter one.
Next Steps
If this persists even after that please do consult any nearby physician to rule out any neurological problem related to it.
