Keto diet ..is it a sucess

How sucessful is keto diet...also is it difficult to follow...im already undertaking diet under a nutrionist which is giving the results but they are a bit slow...im walking 10000 steps minimum alongwith the diet...have slip disk problem so cannot do rigourous gym...kindly suggest what else can i do it reduce weight...
