Joint pains body pains and swelling

My mother is having knee, leg, hand and body pains whenever she does little work also other than normal routine work and during that time we found swelling on wrist, hands and legs. It happens very frequently. To whom we need to visit whether orthopaedic doctor or any other specialist.  Please suggest.
