My friend has unicornuate left side uterus (59×23×33).. Right side is non communicating and non functional rudimentary horn... With the help of ovulation induction her first iui was done on 4th July with egg size 18.5 mm..Initially she was feeling cramps on left side...But now after 3 days she is saying that she can feel cramping on right side...does it mean body is preparing for menstruation??? Does this mean iui has failed?

I don't want to label it as a failed IUI purely on the basis of her cramps. IUI will be considered as failed when she gets her periods.
