Iugr during pregnancy treatment

I am currently 34 weeks 4 days. Scan shows 33 weeks 3 days gestation. But AC is 31 weeks 1 day. Suggesting late onset of iugr. Doppler is normal. AFI is 9.8 cm. How to improve AC of baby. How to address iugr

What is the head circumference ? What is the weight of the baby? What is your BP? These two factors are more important. Please share the complete report of the sonography scan. The assessment and further management will be planned considering all these factors.
