Hello. My right nipple has been itching for the last few days. I also have breast pain, both sides. I am expecting my period in the next ten days so that feels like a pms symptom. I'm 40 years old. Not sexually active. Have a 4.8 year old child.   I have been getting my periods between 30 and 35 days mostly. The itchy nipple is bothering me. It feels like dry skin and I can see white dry dots. There's no secretion of milk or blood though and no other symptoms. Is there an ointment you can advice and should I worry. Pl let me know. If I apply oil, it does feel better for sometime. I have attached 2 pics.  The left side is not as itchy. Thank you in advance.
