Itching redness blackspot on thighs
I have been suffering from itching blackspots reddish swallown patches on both thighs for past one months.
Actually my thigh remains warm . I am wearing loose underwear still these are not reducing.
I m applying ointment . And Dustin powder.
Actually in evening and night creates itching. When I itch it started swelling and red scratch marks formed and later black spot created.
I have attached images.
Pls check . Please tell which disease is.
Should I take antifungal oral medicine along with antifungal cream.
