Ischeorectal abcess

I had ischeorectal abcess surgery 1 year back and wound is healed. But sometimes I feel like some discharge or blood from that wound very little. I had diarrhea and again I feel like liquid discharge from wound with slight pain. I do not understand why wound has blood discharge or transparent discharge even if it is healed. Please suggest and help.

Get first examined with general surgeon And get one MR FISTULOGRAM done Review with report Till than follow this High fiber diet Plenty of water Warm sitz bath three times in a day 15min Lignocaine jelly application twice a day Syp duphalac 3 tsp in the night before sleeping For 10 days keep area clean and dry

It maybe   due to  fistula in ano. Simple  fistulogram is advisable.  Clinical examination  is also essential
