Ischeorectal abcess

I had ischeorectal abcess surgery 1 year back and wound is healed. But sometimes I feel like some discharge or blood from that wound very little. I had diarrhea and again I feel like liquid discharge from wound with slight pain. I do not understand why wound has blood discharge or transparent discharge even if it is healed. Please suggest and help.
