Is water for good digestion

I facing problem ..usually I drinking water after food as  large quantity but no problem that time..but now I used to two sip water after food so I getting stool heating and some times constipation ..suggestion how to drink water after food with time and quantity

It is advised to drink water at least half an hour after having any meal. Never drink large amounts of water at a single time. It is best to drink water sip by sip within every hour. If you are having constipation, have a fibre rich diet which includes whole pulses, fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds.
