In case of tooth cavity, it is advised to get your root canal/extraction done at the earliest before the pain and condition of tooth worsens. In case of an impacted wisdom tooth, it is advised to get that tooth extracted. Diagnosis would be easier only after an x-ray. Please visit a dentist at the earliest.
