My period is delayed by 3 days and i was feeling tired and had some pain on left lower abdomen which feels like mild pinching/stabbing which i have never felt before. I also have bitter taste on mouth sometimes. Took the pregnancy test today early morning and later in the morning. Is this positive? Should i repeat the test after couple of days or should i go for blood test? My last period was on 19th of April! What should i do next? Please help!
