I had gone through root canal treatment, afternoon root canal treatment doctor suggest me cast Post for my front tooth, is it necessary. Or shall I directly go for crown?

Post is always given to strengthen your teeth.your front tooth may not be having required tooth structure for a crown to retain and resist forces.thats why you have been advised post . otherwise if you directly go for crown then your tooth structure will remain week and your crown may get dislodged quickly .opt for a fibre post
