For removal of suture post wisdom tooth extraction, local anaesthesia is required? Is there any further healing involved?

If your pain threshold is low you take ask for tropical anesthesia, rather than an injection. Normally we would not advise any form of anesthesia. Healing is a continuous process. It will take 6-8 weeks in total.

Hi...usually anaesthesia is not required for removal of suture but in case if it pains topical anaesthesia can be applied in that area.
