Is there any problem if we consume poultry chicken once a month? How should one choose which non vegetarian foods he can consume without any health risk?

Hello user Non vegetarian food is good source of protein. So there is no harm eating chicken 4 times in a month. But as you are talking about health risks I want to know which type of health risk. Red meat is not good to eat it increases the heart risk

Hi Its safe to consume chicken because its good source of protein and is well absorbed by the body. You can cook it well at hight temperature and make sure you wash it well with water. Just soke for some time in a water before washing and then wash it well in the running water.
