Having anxiety after doing mindfulness meditation for 10 days. Feeling tingling sensation in back and fingers with stomach disturbances. Fearing that i will go mad.

Either u r not doing correctly...or...u r still anxious enough to forget ur problems..
Health Tips
Always do any kind of exercise..even Yoga under supervision...visit some good Yoga center & learn it first then u can do it on ur own 😊
