Dear sir Greetings for the day As i read your concern, i would advise you get tests done if you are so much worried and doubtful. Also i advise never eat cut fruits from outside. There is a risk of getting other stomach infections etc. So, better to eat whole fruits like banana, orange etc. All the best.
Next Steps
pls consult a homeopath and or a GP and get tests done.

HIV is not spread by: • Air or water • Mosquitoes, ticks or other insects • Saliva, tears, or sweat that is not mixed with the blood of a person with HIV • Shaking hands; hugging; sharing toilets; sharing dishes, silverware, or drinking glasses; or engaging in closed-mouth or “social” kissing with a person with HIV • Drinking fountains • Other sexual activities that don’t involve the exchange of body fluids (for example, touching). HIV can’t be passed through healthy, unbroken skin.

Hi I'm Dr.S.R.Raveendran MD If you are suspecting HIV no need to worry HIV needs blood / adequate temperature for its survival . If you literally ate the fruit with blood on it , need to worry,  or else no need to worry . HIV dies easily outside body . If you are suspecting other organisations like e.coli or salmonella then there are possibilities of transmission can give enteric fever to you
