A cat has bitten me last week ..is it necessary to take injection ? Also so many times scratched and blood came

Cats can transmit Rabies.  The saliva of cat may have other bacteria and viruses also.

Yes it can be dangerous depending on category of wound. So, it is necessary to take Anti Rabies injection and tetanus injection also(same for dog bite also).

visit nearest govt hospital(PHC/CHC etc) and consult the doctor for doses and antibiotics if needed.
