Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Weakness is due to the loss of electrolytes. You should replenish it with ORS , only plain water won't work .  You should also take medication to control the diarrhoea. (,tab loperamide 2mg would help, not to be taken regularly as it may cause constipation ) ..And since yours is a chronic condition you should consult a gastroenterologist for detailed checkup.
