My bowel movement is irregular and there is a chance any intestinal worms ??? I drink lots of water and eating food properly ,drink milk everyday

Irregular means? Frequent stools or constipated or both. Any other symptoms like stomach pain or fever or vomiting ? Consult a Gastroenterologist for further advise.
