Iron tablets intake in pregnancy

I am 19 weeks pregnant and I am prescribed to take calcium tablet after breakfast and Iron tablet before dinner. I mistakenly took Iron Tablet after breakfast and I am unsure if I have done this in the past and confused if I have taken overdose of Iron Tablet. What should I do

It will not make any difference. You should ensure that if you have been prescribed any medicine for consumption once a day then you should take it after a gap of 24 hours, it is not very important whether you take it in the day time or night time (except for a few medicines which can cause sedation).

Doesn't matter both of them have to be taken after a meal it can be breakfast lunch or dinner
