My doctor didn't not priscribe me iron tablets just prescribed me Folic acid in 13weeks, Is that mandatory to take iron tablets, I am not getting proper sleep in nights sometimes, is that cause of iron deficiency ?

Sleeplessness is due to Pregnancy itself. Iron tablet s can be started after 12 weeks. Check with basic hb. If it's above 14 or 15, you can delay taking it
