Iron tablet at 23 weeks

Hi am 23 weeeks pregnant my doctor changed iron tablet to fediet from dexorange syrup as my teeth were getting stained but as and when am taking tablet am vomiting out so please suggest if I should I take dexorange capsule instead of syrup ? Or she wrote alternative to FEDIET as livogen z which is preferable  livogen z or dexorange capsule through out ?
