Monochorionic, Monoamniotic twins. Pregnancy 5 months. Inter twin memberane could not be seen. Placenta fundal and posterior 1 grade maturity. Any risk factors.

Hi. Monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy have little more risk than diamniotic dichorionic pregnancy. You need frequent ultrasound also.

Twins always have some risk factors.. Already pregnancy reach 5months so for you advise is to follow strictly your gynac advise... Register her in tartairy care Center. Where 24hrs back up of doctors available...take most care about diet, rest,  all other part rest on your gynac ..all the best
