Insomina/bad sleep quality

Since 1-2 weeks, I am unable to attain quality sleep. Its like i would struggle to sleep at night, and sometimes sleep early also but my sleep breaks early morning and even if i try to sleep break/sleep again cycle goes on till 9AM then i wake up. After this feel eye fatigue/burn throughout the day. Please help me, i do exercise 2-3 days a week and also I try to avoid laptop and anything post 10pm... please help me!

Inability to fall asleep is due to worry/stress, irregular sleep cycles and noisy sleep environment. Exercise in the evening everyday for one hour. Take bath before sleeping. Read a book for 15-30mins before sleeping. Your sleeping environment should be quiet with no external disturbance. Keep away from gadgets, notifications and  FOMO. Avoid tea, coffee in the evenings. Have cold milk before sleeping. Don't sleep in the afternoon. Follow the same sleep schedule everyday. Try yoga (shavasana)

Try doing cardio exercise daily.. avoid tea and coffee .. do meditation try relaxation exercises.. don’t sleep in the day time.. take 6-7 hrs of sleep .. habits take time..
