Hi Doctors, Recently a week ago I felt something bite my left hand, felt itchy and scratched at the site and after that it became swollen and it was very painful for a week. Last Friday I took a pain killer pain subsided but the swelling became firm and I feel it is shrinking day by day a little. It was red and a small black dot in the centre. Will it heal on it's own or Do I need any antibiotic? Attaching pics for reference. Thanks and Regards.
