Insect bite on lower lip and swelling
Insect bit me on my lower lip and that has caused huge swelling. No pain or irritation as of now. Swelling has not reduced after two hours. Applied ice for 15 minutes, twice. Allegra taken.

A significant amount of swelling can occur after an insect bite/sting and may continue to increase for several hours before gradually settling. The fact that you have no pain, irritation or other symptoms is reassuring.
Next Steps
For now, continue cold compresses/ice wrapped in a cloth for 15–20 minutes at a time, with breaks in between. Since you have already taken Allegra, don't take additional antihistamines unless advised by a doctor.
If the swelling is very large or continues to worsen despite the antihistamine, it would be sensible to get examined today rather than treating it only at home.
Health Tips
If the swelling starts involving the tongue, inside of the mouth or throat, or you develop difficulty breathing/swallowing, throat tightness, wheezing, dizziness or widespread hives, seek emergency medical care immediately. These can indicate a serious allergic reaction.

Take Balanced diet which is mentioned below,
1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.

It looks like a allergic reaction post insect bite .
Cold compression and anti allergic medication taken should suffice if the response is only lip swelling as shown .
Any escalation , as in additional difficulties requires in person consultation with doctor.

I am Dr Shamoon, Consultant Physician. This is most consistent with an acute allergic swelling after the insect bite. Because the lip swelling is large and has not reduced after two hours, do not ignore itâtongue or throat swelling, hoarseness, breathing trouble, dizziness or hives means emergency care now.
Next Steps
Continue a cold compress and take no extra antihistamine beyond the package or doctorâs advice. Since swelling is persistent, arrange an in-person assessment today; book a Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj. Go to emergency immediately if any airway symptom appears.

Your photo shows swelling on one side of your lower lip, which is a typical local reaction to an insect bite. Your lip swells more than other skin because the tissue there is loose. With no pain and no other symptoms, you can keep using cold compresses for short spells. If your lip is still swollen after two days, or turns painful, warm or starts oozing, see a doctor to rule out infection.
