I have fallen from soocty while driving since that i feel pain in left arm plz suggest some medicine so that i could feel better

Dear mam, Your question doesn't let us know exactly where are you having pain. It is very important to know the clinical picture and anatomical landmark to find the exact location of pain. We then do some clinical tests and also if required xray then only we can be sure. Please talk to us and let us know exactly where is your pain. Just taking over the counter medications will not treat the root problem and if something serious is missed then it may lead to a long term disability. We can treat and guide u better.

Is there any swelling also in the arm.. are you able to do movements of shoulder and elbow easily..  There is a possibility of soft tissue injury around arm..

You can start with ice fomentation,  take analgesic like aceclofenac,  paracetamol,  serratio peptidase combination, apply analgesic ointment locally..
