Injection for suprapatellar effusion

I done mri of knee effusion, report says it's minimal effusion in suprapatellar recess of the joint i tried all kind medicines, different kind doctors but nothing helped my knee pain please advise test or injection for this, suffering from 2y😭

I think you send send films and report first.... I think diagnostic Arthroscopy will help you much instead of taking blind medication Have you done synovial fluid examination??
