Hi thanks for your question. u need tot.energy 1200 kcal aprx. so u need to v a balanced diet with low calorie foods. Abstaining from dry fruits, nuts,red meat,oily, spicy, fast ,junk, recommend. no high calorie foods like plain rice,flour,.Always go for fibre rich foods ,more & more exercises two times mainly some work out for belly, hip, lower limbs.walking, jogging, skip important.
