Hi, You need to tackle one thing at a time. After reading about your concern, I feel you need to take the following steps in the same order of priority. 1. Treat the deficiencies in the body by consulting a physician who will recommend you appropriate medicines for Iron and calcium. 2. Due to the deficiency you will naturally feel very tired. Kindly check your Vit D3 and B12 levels as well and get appropriate medicines if detected with any deficiency. 3. Once you have started with the medicines, kindly consult a qualified Dietician to get a customised diet plan for yourself. 4. Once you feel a little more energetic, you should start with a Moderate exercise program. Hope this helps! Regards, Namrata Singh Dietician
