Ifever and body ache
Its been 2 days since am having severe body ache and fever along with cough and cold and having weakness.

Have you done a COVID test?It is better to get one done. Regarding your symptoms, can take a good cough syrup for your cough depending if it's wet or dry( with or without phlegm). Hot water fomentation will also be useful along with steam inhalation.Drink plenty of fluids and have home cooked food and avoid outside food.Also take good rest.Can consult for any further queries.Hope this helps.

If there is continuous cough and chest heaviness and persistent fever, can get some blood tests done such as complete blood count.Can also get a chest x ray done.
