Ideal time for brushing
What are the ideal time of brushing during braces?
Is there something acidic in traditional bengali food like cooked rice, fish curry,dal,etc.? Because I want to brush immediately after meal.

With braces, you should clean your teeth after every meal, but without using a tooth paste. Just clean with a soft brush gently, to remove food particles that are stuck.
Use a toothpaste twice, morning and night.

usually the ideal time of bushing is twice a day morning and night before going to bed...As you have braces it is better to brush after every meal to maintain good oral hygiene...
