Haemorrhoids can occur if there is constipation due to poor water intake and spicy food . They are dilated veins at the anus which might rupture while staining in toilet. If it’s IBS - look out for foods and life style habits which trigger the symptoms
Next Steps
Consult a general surgeon for anal examination for haemorrhoids and fissures Look out for foods triggering the symptoms Take plenty of water and high fibre rich food as they can be stool softener and increase the bulk of stools . Avoid spicy food as the aggravate the symptoms even more and increases the time to heal .
