Next Steps
Visit a nearby dentist and get x-rays done.
Health Tips
Dont wait for the pain to aggrevate and go for routine dental check up.

It's difficult to know which tooth is causing pain without an oral examination or x ray.
Please do consult a dentist at the earliest and get the appropriate treatment.
There are treatment options beside extraction to relieve pain. You must prefer those and save your natural tooth. It's Precious. Tooth loss also leads to bone loss and other problems. Although, we generally advice to extract the wisdom tooth as it doesn't have much function.

Hello Sir
Greetings of the day. The pain you are experiencing is mostly because of the wisdom tooth being impacted and the pain in the tooth beside your wisdom tooth can be due to referred pain or a cavity must be present. Visit a dentist and get a x-ray done so that the course of treatment can be decided.
